The USC Daily Trojan reporting one sided views with limited journalistic rigor
The Daily Trojan has reported on USC scandals. Readers have complained of incomplete, misleading and one sided views. A critical example is reporting the experience of a White female student who reported misconduct in 2017 and mostly White Professors that blindly sided with her. The Daily Trojan only advertises the she said/he said claim. They never reported that the student dismissed her claim and that the USC Senate determined that USC mishandled investigation. They also did not made the connection with the Title IX office reported internal corruption scandal.
